Selena at the OC Korean Festival

I've been wanting to post these pictures all week, but I honestly took so many that it has taken me this long to sort through them all. My goddaughter Sel joined Tall Flags this year at her middle school and last Saturday we had a chance to see her strut her stuff at the OC Korean Festival Parade for the very first time! It was a really amazing parade and we couldn't be more proud of her; well, she is a straight A student too. Oh and just in case you were wondering, they won 1st place! I Love Caramel Apples!

I love caramel apples and for some reason I always associate caramel apples with Halloween, so I decided why not make some for Halloween this year, with one small twist, literally; I will be using mini granny smith apples! I found an amazing Gourmet Cinnamon White Chocolate Caramel Apple recipe at No Fuss Fabulous and can't wait to try it. What is your favorite caramel apple flavor?
