Quick trip to DTLA...

My mom works for a Catholic school and always has little projects and events she seems to volunteer herself for (hmmm, this is who I get it from). This afternoon she calls me and tells me she needs 2,200 yards of wax cord (for 700 necklaces) by Thursday; after my initial shock I told her to get ready, we picked her up and headed to Downtown Los Angeles. After visiting a few stores we found exactly what she was looking for, at a huge discount. My mom had so much fun bargain shopping, that she insists we bring her to DTLA more often, especially after stopping at Philippe's for lunch!

  2. I love Philippe's! I ate there with a friend a couple of years ago when I visited her in Riverside. We spent 2 days in LA. And the lady above who commented on your son having beautiful eyes is right. Adorable.

  4. That is one of the Molina's favorite pre-Dodger game stops! They took us there once and it was yummy!
